The Sourced Property App can be downloaded from the App Store and from Google Play. It is easy to use, with a simple user interface for both sellers and investors, it provides in depth information on property deals, and it gets your deals in front of our networks of investors and Franchisees.

What’s it all App-out?
Launched in August 2021, the Sourced Property App was created as a platform where sellers, investors and Franchisees could easily share and view the different property deals and projects that they had found.
The app was specifically designed with ease of use in mind, allowing you to view multiple deals in one sitting, and to keep a track of your deals and of any deals that pique your interest.
With over 100 new property deals added each month, all assessed by our team of property experts to ensure that they present a profitable opportunity, there are plenty of deals to choose from, whatever your preferences!
What are the benefits of the Sourced Property App?
Using the Sourced Property App means that you can get your deals in the faces of our investor and Franchisee networks. The App is FREE to use for everyone, and we take no commission (outside of our standard rates) for deals that are completed through the App.
The App also provides in depth information on all property deals, including:
- Purchase price
- Property type
- Annual profit
- ROCE (Return on Capital Employed)
- Yield
- Any refurbs costings
- GDV (Gross Development Value)
- Location of the property.
You can also find the details of the seller or agent who sourced the property.
Another benefit is that you can deal with the seller directly! No aggravating agencies or meddling middlemen, get the information you need straight from the source’s mouth.
The search tab allows you to set different parameters to narrow down the types of property that you are interested in. For example, you could set the filters to only show commercial properties that are ‘commercial’ and are up for a ‘refurbishment’.
Most importantly, the app is easy to use whether you are the seller or an investor. There’s no complicated technical mumbo-jumbo here, just a simple swipe and like on the properties that interest you and a big, red ‘X’ for the ones that don’t.
How do I use the App as a Seller?
At Sourced, we know that when you’ve got a great deal that you want to advertise it to investors as quickly as possible – not spend hours filling in forms asking for every intricate detail of the property.
That’s why the information that is required for the App is short and straight to the point. The information (listed in bullet points above) is all that you need to fill in and requires only figures or single word answers. You can also add a few sentences describing the property if you want to – and we suggest that you do as its your chance to properly show just how good your deal is!
To fill in this information, login to the Sourced Property CRM and go to the properties tab. Click on ‘Add Property’ and fill in the form. Add a picture (make sure it’s a good ‘un!), and then upload your deal to the app by clicking ‘Save Property’.
Once an investor or buyer has seen your property and is interested in getting involved with the project, they can contact you directly to register their interest or to find out more information.
How do I use the App as an Investor?
As an investor, you are always on the lookout for excellent deals whereby you can increase your profit flow through interest earned on the capital that you invest into the project.
The Sourced Property App allows you to search through hundreds of investment opportunities to find the projects that most excite you.
The App works much like a dating app, but with properties instead of people! Swipe right on a property you like to add it to your ‘Favourite’ pile, and swipe left on those that don’t interest you.
You can click on each property to find out more details about them before making your decision.
You can also use the search function to narrow down the properties that are shown to you. If you are only looking to invest into certain types of projects, or projects that are in a specific area, you can change the search filter to suit your preferences.
Once you have been through as many deals as you want to, you can find your favourited ones on the “You” tab. From here, you can reserve your interest in the deal, or you can contact the seller directly to find out more about the property and the project.
