How do you get involved in property investing when you just don’t have the funds? I mean how can you be a property investor if you can’t afford to buy a house of your own? Maybe your struggling to pay your rent, or owning your own home is still a dream, so why the hell would you think you could be a property investor?

Well, you can! The trouble is you, like many others, in-fact like the majority of people are looking at things with a narrow and very typical view. You need money to buy property and you need lots of money to invest in property and make money from property. That is what the vast majority will assume. This is the belief system that is in-grained in all of us, it’s the way of the world.
I’m here to let you know, you can make money, lots of money from property, with barely any money of your own. Sounds crazy, I know, but It’s true, you can also make lots of money from a property without actually ever owning that property!

The key to all of the above is: KNOWLEDGE + PROCESS + ACTION = RESULTS

Many people chase ‘financial freedom’ it’s the new holy-grail in the modern world. To wake up in the morning and do what YOU want to do. No more groundhog days of going to work and having a J.O.B. (just over broke). No more boring pain in the arse commutes, you want to leave the rat race at an age young enough, so you can enjoy your days, not dreading each Monday morning and living for the weekend. Living like this will eventually leave you un-fulfilled. I speak from experience.

I can relate to this so much. I have had the J.O.B. and chased what seemed like a dream because the older you get the more jaded you become by the so called ‘game of life’.
What happens is you give up on those dreams because you realise it’s never going to happen. That’s the moment you die inside. We should all dream, we should all want more. Don’t ever just settle! We all deserve more than just settling.

People by nature are either happy with their lot and they ‘settle’
Or they don’t want to settle, they want more, but just don’t know how to get there.

Then the third group of people aspire to be wealthy, and appear so, to the outsider, but it’s all on the drip and the walls will eventually come tumbling down when they can’t pay their debts.

Which type are you?

My guess is that you are either type 2 or type 3 and there is nothing wrong with that. It’s easy to lose your way, we are all just doing our best and trying to get through life without too many bumps or scrapes along the way.
I digress, but the above is a universal truth. What is not a universal truth, however is that the doors are closed to people who have little money. That is a huge lie. You can make money from property with little of your own. It’s a case of having the knowledge then applying it, working hard and committing to lots of worthwhile action. None of this bull-shit procrastination. Clink, clunking from one day to the next.

I wanted a change in my life, I was drifting and letting things just happen to me. I had no direction or internal sat-nav. But I wasn’t ready to just settle. I started looking at alternatives, ways out etc. Deciding on a change is the first step. The next step is committing every fibre of your being to doing something about it. It’s not an easy road, if it was, everyone would be doing it.
