Colin Warburg has 20 years of experience in the property industry. He decided to go back to property and joined Sourced to benefit from funding and training. His daughter, Cindy, has just graduated from University of Cambridge and Colin is looking forward to helping his daughter build her own portfolio.
The Cambridge franchisee is currently doing a conversion of an 8 bed house and B&B to a 20 bed HMO, located a stone’s throw from Salisbury Cathedral. We recently visited Colin on site of this project. The property is being extended and refurbished throughout, to create 20 bedrooms and a large shared kitchen.
