Upfront and one-off cost: £10,000 + VAT

You will officially own a Sourced Property Franchise. This also includes your legal documentation and administration fees, as well as your 3-day comprehensive induction, where you will also meet your dedicated Business Development Manager.

Monthly growth fee: £315 + VAT
