Right now, he's converting an old office space into four 2-bedroom residential townhouses, using our exclusive funding arm of the business, Sourced Capital.

Loan Amount: £735,400
Forecasted GDV: £1,120,000
Estimated Profit: £215,020

With everything on schedule for completion by February 2025, John is on track to hit his projected profit of £215K! 👏

Meet Sara, our Sourced Living Partner, who joined us in March with a simple goal: to build a successful lettings business 🏠

Before joining, Sara had zero experience in lettings. However, with the help of our training, support, and access to the best lettings technology, she has achieved remarkable success.

Since May, Sara and her business partner Nick have already housed six families while also managing a cleaning business.

Looking ahead, they have secured a new HMO instruction from a landlord and are focused on expanding their portfolio in Taunton, while continuing to grow their business in Devon.

When Andrew first joined Sourced, he was completely new to property. Though this project wasn’t about huge numbers, it gave him the perfect opportunity to take his first steps into property development.
